Job Details To provide all aspects of Painting and Decorating work including maintenance, repairs, across the full range of domestic and non-domestic properties, including the larger and higher quality work in public buildings, ensuring that all such works are carried out in a manner that positively contributes to a high quality, responsive and cost effective service which meets service and customer expectations. City and Guilds Certificate in Painting and Decorating and or equivalent SVQ level 3 attainment is essential, failure to provide certification will result in a withdrawal of any job offer. Ability to carry out assigned work to standard and speed reasonably expected from a qualified craftsperson in specified trade. Ability to interpret instructions from job ticket. Carry out full range of hand Ames taping processes to a high standard. To carry out all forms of maintenance and renewal work to a wide range of materials and components beyond small repairs and maintenance appropriate to trade. Company vehicle for business use only. The Person City and Guilds Certificate in Painting and Decorating and or equivalent SVQ level 3 Must have the ability to travel throughout Fife. Ames taping experience is essential.
