As the Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in transforming a traditional industry, bringing innovation to a legacy market with vast growth potential. Sitting between ecommerce and IT this role owns the vision, strategy and roadmap for our new multi-category product. You will work closely with a highly skilled cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of high-priority features that address our customers’ needs. Core Responsibilities: Customer Insights & Research : Engage directly with our customers – from avid gardeners to beginners – to uncover their needs and motivations, keeping user research at the core of product development. Roadmap Ownership : Define and prioritize the product roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities and ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver solutions. Validate ideas through iterative testing and real customer feedback. Launch & Post-Launch Analysis : Partner with marketing for smooth product launches, then analyse customer interactions to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements. Stakeholder Communication : Keep stakeholders across all levels informed of progress, challenges, and achievements. Product Culture & Mentorship : Foster a product-led culture within the team and mentor junior members, sharing best practices to support continuous learning. We are looking for someone who has proven success within product management within an ecommerce business and who loves transforming insights into impactful products. You be hands-on and place strong emphasis on understanding the user, validating solutions and delivering features at pace.
