This includes handling customer quotes, orders, inquiries, and addressing any complaints that may arise. Join us in building a fulfilling career, not just another job What You Can Expect from the Role Key Responsibilities: Providing in-depth product and service information to customers and addressing complex inquiries. Recording and processing quotes and orders, including custom and special orders, and coordinating with relevant teams for delivery Proactively reaching out to customers to develop and strengthen relationships, acting as a point of contact for query resolution Handling and resolving complex or escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, seeking managerial approvals when necessary. Scheduling follow-up actions and updating the customer relationship management system to ensure accurate records and effective customer retention. Delivering exceptional service to customers to promote ongoing usage of Survitec's products and services. Developing a deep understanding of Survitec's policies, procedures, and regulatory codes to ensure compliance. The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have Essential Criteria: Strong time management and prioritization skills Attention to detail with an investigative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in computer literacy Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
