The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Telesales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth. The role involves proactive lead generation, business prospecting, and acquisition campaigns, supporting Business Development and National Account Managers in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling. Promote solutions in Telematics, Telecoms, Telephony, Connectivity, and Fuel. Identify customer needs, nurture leads, and drive purchasing decisions. Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement. Schedule qualified appointments and assist Account Managers with lead handovers. Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain CRM records. Prepare tailored proposals for SME customers and monitor competitor activity. Achieve sales KPIs and maximize revenue across product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in Telesales, Outbound Sales, or as a Business Development Executive. Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Expertise in new business strategies, CRM software, and closing deals. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused. Strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits OTE: £40,000 per annum. Annual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays). Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Location: Office-based in Antrim, with free onsite parking.
