You’ll be the go-to person - keeping the office ticking day to day, supporting the wider team and acting as the right-hand to the Founder.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up to get stuck in - always with the goal of making things even better.What you’ll be doing: Managing diaries, booking travel and hotels, scheduling meetings, and providing all-round PA support to the Founder Handling office management tasks - from ordering supplies and coordinating facilities, to keeping everything running smoothly day-to-day Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin and operational needs, from recording holidays to sending invoices and updating systems Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries Setting up and managing the job list for the team. Ensuring everything is delivered on time. Supporting with finance admin, setting up statements, including raising and chasing invoices Working on a Mac, using QuickBooks alongside Apple Calendar and Email to support smooth operational and financial processes Getting involved in projects across copywriting, marketing, and brand research - ideal if you’re looking to develop your skills in these areas Who we’re looking for: Someone organised, structured, and great at spinning multiple plates Resilient and tenacious - able to work well under pressure and meets deadlines A clear communicator who works with pace, purpose and positivity Discreet and trustworthy - you’ll be handling confidential information Detail-obsessed and committed to getting it right first time Confident using tech and systems - particularly QuickBooks and Apple software, ideally with Mac experience Previous experience in a similar support role (Admin, PA, EA, Office Manager etc.) Someone who is willing to be in the office 5 days a week, living within an easy commute to Bicester.
