We have an opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Programme Lead to help us continue our sustainability journey by driving and reporting on our global sustainability initiatives.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to help develop and implement our sustainability strategy across all aspects of the business driving global initiatives and sparking innovation through sustainability programmes!
As our Sustainability Programme Lead, you will harness your project management expertise to identify and help roll out transformative sustainability initiatives that not only reduce environmental impact but also generate cost savings or create business value. You will do this by leading exciting projects focused on resource optimisation, energy efficiency and waste reduction – all while shaping the future of our operations!
This role will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, being the point of contact for sustainability enquiries, and collaborating internally and externally to drive sustainable practices across the supply chain and product lifecycle!
This role will test your problem solving and analytical skills with the responsibility of overseeing the collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability data and coordinating reports for internal and external stakeholders such as the ESG and CSRD reports.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sustainability issues and their applications within the manufacturing sector, you will have a desire to drive change and create innovative approaches to sustainability and see these through, ensuring to demonstrate ROI through the initiatives.
You will have a thirst for knowledge, ensuring to keep up to date with any global legislation changes and will understand current environmental regulations and sustainability standards. This role will report directly to a member of the C-suite.
This role will be remote with some travel to our sites globally, we are seeking candidates who have previous experience of delivering sustainability objectives particularly in the UK and Germany.
