Preparation for Adulthood & Independent Living Teacher – ASAP Start
Are you passionate about supporting young people with Autism and complex needs as they prepare for independent living? We are looking for a dedicated Preparation for Adulthood and Independent Living Teacher to join our specialist school immediately (timeframe TBC).
About the Role:
✔️ Delivering a curriculum focused on preparing students for adulthood and independent living
✔️ Planning and leading offsite trips (including travel arrangements, risk assessments, and supervision of up to 8 pupils)
✔️ Working with students aged 11-18 years in a specialist school setting
What We’re Looking For:
✅ QTS/QTLS qualification – essential
✅ Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively
✅ Experience supporting young people with Autism and complex needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
