We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Studio Assistant, working directly with a Head of Studio, for a talented and super creative design studio based in Fulham. Predominantly working with clients in lifestyle, travel, destination branding, property, culture, fashion, they produce some absolutely stunning branding and creative work across the board. Branding, identity, beautiful one-off brochures, to web, social, content, campaigns, wayfinding, photography, motion, film. The list goes on. Their new Studio Assistant or Studio Manager will ideally already have about 2 years’ experience working in a creative agency, not necessarily in a similar role but definitely administrative, and help their Head of Studio with the day to day running of the studio and trafficking of all their projects, ensuring their timely and cost-effective delivery. You’ll be responsible for daily updates to the work schedule, liaising with client services and the design team to make sure everyone has what they need for the project and proactively assessing potential blocks or delays. You will look after the recruitment of freelancers where required and ensure all administration tasks associated with this are up to date. Plus the Studio Manager is responsible for monitoring time and budget spent on each project. There will also be other general admin tasks such as maintaining an orderly studio and filing samples etc through to IT systems and liaising with third party suppliers. And their holiday planning, which is quite simple as they have a fabulous system for this. You will need to be obsessively organised with an excellent memory to know the status of each project at all times. You will also have great interpersonal skills as you will be a main point of contact within the studio. A half glass full person, collaborative, enjoys working with people. This is a lively team of creatives who work brilliantly together. But it’s important to note, this role is fulltime in their lovely Fulham studio, 5 days a week. There is flex to work from home a day a week but this role is better in the studio for obvious reasons as you’re part of the heartbeat of their creative culture.
