Requirements: - Incident Management experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment. - Strong understanding of Cyber Security, IT Operations, and Business Resilience. - Experience with ServiceNow and incident monitoring tools. - Ability to lead and communicate in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations. - Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.??
