ABA Teaching Assistant – Acton | ASAP Start

Salary: £89 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Protocol Education is working with a primary school in Acton that is seeking an ABA Teaching Assistant to support a young child in Year 8. This role involves implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB) techniques to support children with Autism. The school offers a small, nurturing environment with only six classes, currently accommodating students up to Year 8.
Key responsibilites:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with Autism
* Implement ABA and Verbal Behaviour strategies to support learning and communication
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to deliver individual education programmes
* Develop specialist skills in Autism support within a structured, supportive setting
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting students with Autism
* ABA experience and training required
* A proactive and flexible approach to learning support
* Strong ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
