Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Differentiate teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* First Aid certification
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience:
Prior teaching experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to continuous professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional relevant certifications or training
