An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Business Support Administrator to join our Reception Team in Bilton Children & Families Hub.
The role
As Business Support Administrator, you will support the Children & Families Service based in the Harrogate office. Duties are varied and rewarding and will include:
1. Welcoming families to the Hub
2. Room bookings and general inquiries
3. Communicating with families and professionals
4. Administering/monitoring petty cash
5. Procurement/monitoring of goods and services
6. Basic administration functions such as typing and data processing
Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
What you will bring
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, such as Excel and Word, bespoke systems and/or data entry. You should have excellent numeracy and communication skills both verbal and written, as well as exceptional customer care skills suitable for dealing with colleagues, clients, and professionals. You must have the ability to problem solve and be solution-focused. You should be able to prioritize your own workload, be conscientious, well-organized, and flexible in your approach. You may be required to cover reception at other Children & Families Hubs in the area (Knaresborough & Ripon).
