A dynamic fintech app is looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both crafting high-level CRM strategies and rolling up their sleeves to implement campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
Your Role:
1. Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention
2. Create and manage automated, multi-channel customer journeys
3. Analyse customer data to refine segmentation and personalise communications
4. Own the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, from setup to reporting
5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to optimise CRM tools and processes
What You Bring:
1. Proven experience in CRM, life cycle marketing, or customer engagement
2. Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
3. Analytical mindset with expertise in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
4. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
5. Experience ideally with Salesforce or Braze preferred
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
