Salary £45 - 50,000 + Uncapped OTE
My client provides world class conferences webinars, reports and an ever-growing pod cast series to the Energy space.
Commercial Manager: The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales professional looking to take on more responsibility and who enjoys talking to clients and prospects in order to build a book of business. You’ll be tasked with selling predominantly to new clients to build revenues across events, reports and webinars.
Experience Required
You’ll have at least 3 years sales experience, ideally in B2B events or information products, with a strong ability to build great relationships that will lead to repeat sales. You’ll inherit clients but will also be task with prospecting and building new relationships. They are looking for someone who would be excited to help build their first 100k+ deal, and who is comfortable working on deal sizes of 15-50k+.
You will be responsible for:
• Monthly Sales: You’ll have an annual target to work to (uncapped commissions with a growth bonus for over achievement) but you’ll also ensure you are delivering consistent monthly sales from your first weeks in the business. You’ll have a great ability to self-start and manage your energy levels and naturally show ownership of your target.
• Sharp execution: Bringing excellent communication skills – you’ll use persuasive and succinct written and verbal skills to create opportunities. You’re someone who doesn’t shy away from examining your output and you’ll be comfortable analysing the results of your work to identify opportunities as well as to problem-solve issues. You’ll be target driven, of course, but will also take ownership of the delivery of great experiences for clients.
