About the role
To provide regional support to the global commercial teams in a consistent and efficient manner. To define and lead commercial initiatives within the region, seeking opportunities to grow revenue. Ensure the successful implementation of commercial change projects within the region. Provide a clear view of commercial performance to key stakeholders and drive conformance across commercial processes.
What you’ll do
* Delivery of business plan QNNR targets to contribute to IAGC financial plan targets.
* Project management and support of commercial change projects across the region, namely Supplier tenders / changes. Responsible for the full E2E process from tender to implementation.
* Ability to create and articulate business cases to obtain successful endorsement of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.
* Commercial lead for key working groups and projects relating to other parts of the business.
* Design and deliver management information / business intelligence that enables a quick and thorough insight into the state of the business, drives commercial decision-making, and allows teams to self-serve as far as possible.
* Support the Business Change Manager in the production of market and competitor intelligence to inform the sales team, understand the commercial environment and develop robust actionable regional commercial plans.
* Lead financial planning and re-forecasting activity for the regional teams, including identification of risks and opportunities.
* Management and calculation of the Sales Incentive targets for the region including target setting, tracking, and results.
* Work with the regional sales teams and Business Change Manager to drive commercial compliance in all areas and promote best practice and processes.
* Works closely with the wider business management team to support and deliver the commercial transformations strategy and champion this across the region.
* Work closely across the Business Management team to ensure consistency and accuracy and drive best practice and learning.
* Drive changes and compliance in distribution methods within the regions to increase revenue and cost reduction.
* Produce effective professional presentations to present key trends and findings for a range of audiences.

Additionally, your experience in managing relationships with third-party suppliers will play a critical role in achieving our goals and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:
* Educated to A-level in business / numerate subject or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a commercial / financial role.
* Willing to work in different locations and business functions; duty travel and/or shift work may be required depending on placement.
* Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
