\nWhat will be expected from you?
\n\n
\n\t
* Handling inquiries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents.
\n\t
* Providing clients with updates and tracking the progress of matters
\n\t
* Opening and closing files within the case management system.
\n\t
* Ensuring compliance with AML, quality standards, and SRA and CQS regulations.
\n\t
* Performing general administrative duties.
\n\t
* Preparing and submitting client quotes and drafting completion statements.
\n\t
* Reviewing mortgage offers and drafting reports under supervision.
\n\t
* Conducting online searches
\n\t
* Familiarity with leasehold transactions
\n\t
* Ability to prepare apportionment statements for leasehold properties.
\n\t
* Reviewing and reporting on searches with guidance
\n\t
* Progressing towards checking freehold titles and raising inquiries with supervision
\n\t
* Using the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, respond to requisitions, and order official copies, leases, and title plans
\n\t
* Calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax and submitting applications.
\n\t
* Preparing and submitting invoices, receipts, and payments to the finance department.
\n\t
* Providing occasional reception coverage.
\n
\n\n
\nIs this the position for you?
\n\n
\n\t
* A solid understanding of the daily functions of a legal office
\n\t
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
\n\t
* Familiarity with case management software
\n\t
* Proficiency in English language
\n\t
* Keen attention to detail
\n
\n\n
