Location: Field-Based role, covering the North East
Salary: Competitive + Company Van (Business Use Only)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Cosmetic Vehicle Inspectors to help deliver exceptional service.
About the Cosmetic Vehicle Inspector Role:
As a Cosmetic Vehicle Inspector, you will be responsible for assessing the external and internal condition of vehicles, focusing on cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, chipped alloys, and any other visible imperfections. Working with our digital inspection platform on a tablet, you will complete inspections professionally, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Appointments will be scheduled by our Stokenchurch-based deployment centre, and you’ll work broadly within a defined geographic region. Our inspections cover a range of services, including End of Lease/Contract Hire, Pre-purchase inspections, and Warranty evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct vehicle inspections with a focus on cosmetic appearance
2. Use a digital platform to record findings efficiently and accurately
3. Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism
4. Complete inspections either at field sites or designated locations
5. Ensure adherence to company standards for quality and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in vehicle appraisal, bodywork inspections, or related fields
2. An eye for detail and the ability to spot cosmetic issues
3. Strong customer service and communication skills
4. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable but not essential:
1. A keen interest in vehicles and their aesthetics
2. Previous experience in roles like panel beating, painting, or vehicle restoration would be advantageous
