Job Title: Operations Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our PBSA portfolio, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
* Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service
* Analyze data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations management or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
