Job Description:
Typical Responsibilities
* Work under the instruction of Customer Services Team Members, following work instructions, company policies, and Health and Safety procedures.
* Maintain knowledge of simple circuits and measuring devices, understanding electrical circuits, and undertake training as necessary.
* Represent the company professionally, maintaining a smart appearance, a pleasant attitude, and effective communication to strengthen customer relationships.
* Perform routine servicing and reactive maintenance of fire alarm systems for clients.
* Commission fire alarm systems for clients after relevant training.
* Maintain accurate and high standards of customer, company, and personal paperwork.
* Participate in 'On-Call' duties within your Area Team.
* Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Qualifications
Essential: Full electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, ONC, HNC)
Experience
Essential: Experience in the electrical/electronic sector; knowledge of electrical circuits and measuring devices
Desirable: Experience with Fire Alarms and related systems; familiarity with safe working practices and health & safety standards
Skills / Abilities
Essential: Excellent customer service, proficiency with technology (laptops, measuring devices, smartphones), accurate record-keeping, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team
Other
Desirable: Understanding of British Standards related to servicing, maintenance, and commissioning; enthusiasm and willingness to learn
