About the Role
In this newly created role, as the Customer Success Manager you will work directly with the Managing Director, supporting the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions and serving as a primary contact for client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact, overseeing smooth onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and end-to-end delivery of training and learning solutions with global clients.
* Project Management: Manage client projects from planning through to follow-up.
* Event Coordination: Organise virtual and in-person client meetings and events.
* Briefing Support: Prepare facilitators and trainers to ensure an outstanding client experience.
* Issue Resolution: Address client issues promptly, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships.
* Proposal Creation: Develop proposals using templates and bespoke solutions.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate client data, projects and track performance using Monday.com
Who You Are:
Ideally, you have experience in B2B client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving on the fly. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can learn and grow.
