As the Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial gas, heating, combustion, and building services engineering maintenance across various client properties in the designated region.

In this role, your duties will involve fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation of commercial and domestic gas systems, as well as HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
2. Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.
3. Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
5. To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems.
6. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.
7. Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
8. Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Experience with completing PPMs and some small replacements.
2. Willing to complete general building maintenance.
3. Commercial Gas Tickets.
4. Domestic Gas Tickets.
5. NVQ or C&G in Plumbing.
