If you have a knack for numbers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you In this role, you will enter purchase invoices into our bookkeeping system with accuracy and efficiency. You will validate outstanding purchase orders and resolve invoice queries promptly, oversee and manage payment execution activities related to factory construction works, handle incoming calls and address queries related to invoices and payments, and schedule and prepare tasks to ensure timely execution under the payment protocol agreed between SeAH Wind, PM, CM, and T/C. Additionally, you will prepare and submit official reports to external organizations and carry out additional administrative duties as needed to support the team. Success in this position requires fluency in both Korean and English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication skills and outstanding organizational abilities are essential traits for this role.
