About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the Assistive Technology Team. The Team Leader will supervise and motivate the team to provide the highest quality range of services at all times to customers. This will include the provision of training and support to the Assistive Technology Team. The Team Leader will always lead by example and, with the Nottingham on Call Business Manager and the AT Development Manager, support in developing and delivering a range of innovative solutions to meet customer needs. About You The ideal candidate will have: Experience of or have the skills to fully manage, coach and support teams, preparing delegating and implementing daily work schedules to facilitate the effective achievement of call volumes and priority calls Experience of or have the skills to of implementing recording systems, monitoring actions and outcomes to measure and monitor performance of service delivery Experience of or ability to monitor SLA to ensure service standards are maintained, including dealing with non- conformance issues. Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, and effectively organise and prioritise own workload, use own initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner Ability to prioritise the work of the service area and manage the process of change. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues effectively, including active listening and questioning to a wide range of customers Please ensure you demonstrate clearly how you meet the 6 requirements in your CV & supporting document.
