Your key responsibilities will include:
* Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the cleaning team is aware of and operates in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures.
* Managing the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget.
* Ensuring the cleaning operation continually improves.
* Engaging and managing the cleaning team effectively.
* Managing our on-site Accommodation services, responsible for on-site bookings.
* Ensuring the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures.
* Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required, ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements.
Our ideal Facilities Manager will:
* Have 12 months experience managing a cleaning operation.
* Possess proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making, and 'out of the box' thinking.
* Demonstrate proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
* Exhibit excellent financial management skills, particularly in the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.
* Show analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work to time-sensitive deadlines.
* Have the passion to drive innovation and continue to improve services.
