Main duties of the job Your main role will be to provide a day to day effective and efficient receptionist, whilst talking to patients and clients in a positive and friendly manner, dealing with any queries that may occur, adhering to confidentiality and Data protection policies at all times. To operate a confidential and effective appointments booking system and to receive, register and direct patients to the appropriate area for consultation.
