My well established client has over 40 years experience within their industry and is looking for proactive, motivated individuals that want to work in a busy and varied role. This role offers the opportunity to work in a customer focused position taking inbound calls and scheduling technicians. Plenty of opportunity for progression and open minded to speak with candidates with or without experience.
ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. NO INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE NEEDED.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
2. Record client interactions and service requests using our internal systems.
3. Help schedule and organise service visits, ensuring efficient use of time.
4. Assist in facilitating communication between clients, technicians, and managers.
5. Manage emails and support tickets in a professional and timely manner.
6. Maintain high standards of customer care and attention.
7. Contribute to team goals through hard work and dedication.
8. Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Computer literate
2. Strong communication skills
3. Can manage own time and prioritise tasks
