Position Overview:
As a Technical Sales Engineer at PeopleGoal, you will serve as a bridge between our technical solutions and our customers' needs. You will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise, address client inquiries, and demonstrate the value of our HR and talent management solutions. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial in driving our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of PeopleGoal's HR and talent management solutions and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of PeopleGoal's solutions.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with clients to customize and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, specifications, and technical presentations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or a similar technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to find creative solutions to client challenges.
Familiarity with HR and talent management technology is a plus.
