Legal Secretary – Bournemouth
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity? My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support an expanding Private Client team. Key Responsibilities:
Managing legal files and documents
Providing outstanding client care and communication
Preparing legal correspondence and documents
Diary and appointment management
Handling administrative and secretarial tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Private Client law
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and audio dictation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
