As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of the rapidly growing Sales Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Telephone answering and monitoring emails
* Liaising with other departments to ensure orders leave on time and product is precured to minimise delays
* Strengthen relationships with existing customers
* Monitoring of existing orders and communicating any potential issues
* Submitting quotations
* Uploading sales orders
* Managing customer drawings and ensuring amendments are captured and actioned
* Following up on completed orders
* Weekly reporting
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven sales administration experience
* Computer literate
* Proactive and willing to learn
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
