About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable and business-focused Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (ideally a start-up) and have the core ability to galvanize and drive many business projects simultaneously. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the business to provide essential support and project ownership. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure they meet the company's objectives and prioritize business projects based on impact.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project integration and collaboration, focusing initially on Sales, Customer Success, and Product projects.
3. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in a highly agile, start-up environment.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
5. Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and the leadership team.
6. Take ideas and initiatives and turn them into detailed project plans with clear ownership and timelines, bringing together key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, defining both scope and budget.
8. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
9. Monitor project progress and performance, making frequent adjustments to fit business needs and urgencies.
10. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, driving transparency and growth.
11. Support the team by suggesting best practices or methodologies.
12. Stay current with the latest IT and AI trends and technologies.

Skills We Need for This Role
1. Proven experience in managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally within a SaaS or tech start-up.
2. Strong ability to capture business ideas and convert them into clear project plans.
3. Previous experience working with founders and executive teams.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
7. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is advantageous.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
