You will be joining at a point where Finance Technology is transforming into this new platform. The role As a HR Environment Systems Coordinator / Technical Support Analyst, you will be interacting with third parties, stakeholders and cross functional teams so great communication and coordination skills are a key part of this role. You’ll be supporting the NEXT Finance Technology team to manage their technical environment, consisting of data refreshes, coordination with project teams and maintaining access controls ensuring GDPR policies are adhered to. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional technology teams, development teams and key business users to keep everyone up to date and head off any issues that might be on the horizon. Implementing and maintaining user guides for your tasks will be a key element to this role, so any experience with Excel/Google Sheets and creating user documentation would be beneficial. Technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies is also important to us so bring your A game! In addition, you’ll also create and enhance our in-house technologies. This will involve a range of tech, such as:
* Incident logging systems such as ServiceNow
* Google G Suite, Oracle, HR & Finance technologies
* Third party tools, user access, auditing controls, ADO
You’ll be doing all this on site from our Leicestershire Head Office.
