The Role of the Head of Commercial
Leadership role, responsible for an external team of sales representatives and internal sales/admin personnel. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching the team, leading and developing the business, and identifying improvements and devising strategies to generate business activity. Nationwide coverage.

The Ideal Person for the Head of Commercial
Must come from a postural seating background and understand the route to market. Must have experience in a similar leadership role and possess the necessary competencies.
