Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager (Remote Birmingham area preferred) to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. · Overseeing the relationship with customers. · Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. · Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales. · Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. · Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. · Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. · Conducting business reviews QBR’s, Demos · Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. · Manage customer onboarding to ensure deployment goals are met, owning & managing deployment plans. · Effectively manages internal and client to drive closure of complex renewals and customer service deployments. · Become product and industry expert to provide guidance and use cases for Enterprise customers. Preferred Experience · 1-4 years of relevant experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar at a high growth SaaS, technology or digital marketing company. · Strong communication skills across a variety of personas within an organization. · Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, like software implementations. · Tech-savvy and comfortable at a working at a B2B, SaaS company preferred. · Experience at a B2B, SaaS company preferred. · Excellent time management & organizational skills.
