As E-business manager, you will be reporting directly to the Brand Business Director. You will be responsible for building the strategic aspects of the wide eCom distribution with the brand business director and the e-merchandising of our brand new website.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
1. Driving reporting and analysis to improve measurement and accountability in our mission for e-merchandising excellence.
2. Manage the Site Search report and its distribution as well as identify any opportunities to increase conversion.
3. Manage the existing product catalogue ensuring that any updates to products are reflected onsite.
4. Manage product attributes, filters and categorization to ensure everything is correctly organized online.
5. Recommend ways to innovate our e-merchandising execution using shopper insights and learnings from the wider market.
6. Work with the Head of D2C to collate and communicate a clear roadmap with identified priorities mapped to growth strategy for the Brand online.
7. Ensure regular flow and update of product information between systems and liaising with Supply Chain on stock availability.
8. Configuring and thoroughly testing promotions and campaigns on the SFCC platform, delivering a seamless execution in a timely manner.
9. Communicating promotional plans and updates with the wider business, engaging all relevant stakeholders – Brand Teams, Supply Chain and the Digital Team.
10. Managing the onsite execution of channel-specific activity and targeted campaigns.

4. Knowledge of the SFCC Platform is essential (Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, previously Demandware).

7. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
