The Role We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to serve as a pivotal liaison between our amazing clients and internal teams. This role demands a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives, the ability to craft tailored digital strategies, and the expertise to lead transformative conversations with confidence. It will also require the ability to open new avenues of revenue through identifying and developing new relationships within the account base. What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and strategic insights. Set the standard for unprecedented client service, ensuring that our teams, the work presented, and our overall presence are consistently elevated to the highest standards. Engage in detailed digital dialogues, focusing on aligning our services with client business goals throughout the customer journey. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive digital communication solutions. Lead client discussions with authority, ensuring their strategic growth needs are consistently addressed. Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams. Identifying, opening and developing new relationships with clients to open new lines of communication and revenue Prepare and present high-quality, compelling digital presentations, proposals, and reports that align with client objectives. Independently manage an end-to-end sales cycle and being able to accelerate through to close Stay abreast of digital trends and industry shifts, ensuring continuous personal and professional development. Oversee client billing processes and liaise with the finance department for accurate monthly reporting. Who You Are: Previous experience in a revenue generating, Account Management or Client Services role (Ideally 3 years) Previous experience managing client accounts with complex digital project requirements, across all digital channels. Demonstrated commitment to client success and a track record of exceeding expectations. Proven ability to manage multiple complex digital projects with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on crafting detailed presentations. Experience in managed a sales cycle with multiple stakeholders independently from origination to close Ability to identify and forge new, strong connections with new contacts within an account base to build new streams of revenue Why IDX?
