As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
* Work across the RNLI at all levels, to gather, document and analyse functional and non-functional requirements which will be used to help define the scope and deliverables of strategic projects
* Utilise business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements prioritisation
* Support project stakeholders and teams to influence, develop and deliver strategic change within the organisation
* Identify, analyse, and respond to project risks, pre-empting potential issues and in some cases challenging the design and development community to work towards solutions
* Input into continuous improvement initiatives to improve the maturity of the BA team at the RNLI
To be considered as our new Business Analyst you will need:
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on projects throughout their lifecycle
* Good end to end requirements management understanding, with experience in writing requirements documentation
* Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers
* To be a team player who is highly self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach
* To be a logical and analytical thinker that can quickly evaluate information and identify key issues
* Experience in testing and test script writing
* A good Level of MS Office knowledge

Salary - £40,315 to £47,429 (dependent on experience)
