We have an exciting opportunity to join the VP team supporting a female client in her early 20s who has experienced a traumatic head injury and is 2 years post injury. Our client is very physical able but requires support to help manage her fatigue, plan activities, attend appointments and achieve her rehab goals. Whilst she is very motivated our client does require suggestion of activities to do and for support to initiate tasks. Our client loves accessing the community, especially the gym. Our client has specifically requested to be supported by a female. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be able to be a female support worker in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 Shift times are as follows: 3 Shifts a week 6 hours per support shift. £14.50 per hour holiday pay pension Benefits to joining our team include: Free care certificate Comprehensive in-house training to develop your knowledge and skills and support you in your role with us and any future career/educational pursuits.
