We are looking for a person to join the CIS PMO team. The team supports multiple clients.
A Staffing Manager is responsible for managing staffing communications and actions for their assigned talents. They oversee all staffing related activities within a Practice. Depending on the size of a practice they can work in a team or autonomously. Based on this, a Staffing Manager reports to a more senior Staffing Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Staffing Managers are responsible for fulfilling staffing demands and matching the demand with the talents based on their skills and capabilities.
* To fulfil client demands they will cast, short-list, and allocate talents.
* They are responsible to activate the suitable sourcing channels: internal talent pool, cross staffing, and freelancing.
* Responsible for scheduling capacity versus incoming demands, rotations, replacement, and renewals.
* Assess and act on scenarios to optimize utilization of local bench.
* Responsible for managing staffing communications and actions for their assigned talents.
* First person to escalate potential fulfilment challenges as per the escalation process.
* Head Staffing Manager is responsible for managing the team of Staffing Managers in the Practice and supervises tactical workforce planning activities.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:
* Resource planning to allocate consultants effectively across multiple projects based on capability gaps, whilst monitoring and forecasting resource demand and proactively communicating any gaps with leadership.
* Place consultants into roles, balancing their development needs with the needs of the business.
* Objective of the role is to proactively manage the resourcing process, identify issues affecting resourcing performance, help to develop solutions, working with a wide variety of stakeholders, in order to support the Management Team in ensuring CIS meets their financial and non-financial targets.
* Management of demand to also timely staffing which can mean working with multiple areas of supply, Perm employees, Contractors or third parties.
* Always ensuring our staffing tool is fully up to date and very well managed.

Your skills and experience:
* Very strong MS Office skills, in particular excel with an aptitude to master new systems quickly.
* Strong and effective communicator. Very Strong people skills, being able to effectively communicate and influence key decisions at all levels.
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to build and sustain productive relationships.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
* Proven time management skills as the need to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines is essential with ability to manage assigned workload, a strong team player.
Your security clearance:
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
