Hardwick and Cambourne Primary School are seeking a high-quality Head of Campus, to join our unique split-site school.
As an inspirational leader, you will have an impressive track record of delivering results. You’ll also have excellent people management and communication skills that can make a positive difference for our children and get the best out of our staff team.
This is a challenging, yet exciting role and we want to hear from you if you are an experienced Deputy Head Teacher or a Senior Teacher looking for the next step. In addition to a competitive salary and knowing you’re bringing the highest standards of learning and achievement to all the pupils at our school, you’ll also receive development and support from our experienced Head Teacher and Head of Hardwick Campus.

We are looking for an ambitious and positive school leader who will add to the capacity and energy of the school’s strong leadership team and be an integral part of continuing to drive our school vision and standards forward.
The successful candidate, as well as being responsible for the areas of assessment and Pupil Premium, would have a small teaching commitment that would fit into the needs of the school.
