Job Title: Salon Account Manager
Revlon Professional is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team in the Liverpool Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including hairdressing and barber shops, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Introduce and sell new products and promotions to customers, ensuring they are aware of the latest Revlon Professional offerings.
* Provide expert advice and support to customers on the effective use of our products, ensuring they achieve the best results.
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales revenue.
* Collaborate with our Field Technical Educator to establish growth and development plans for wholesalers.
* Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and market demands, providing insights to our National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
* 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar sector.
* Complementary sales training desirable.
* User computer skills.
* Full Driving License.
