About Us
GLUE Content is a dynamic content production agency specialising in high-impact social content, video, photography, animation, and activations. We work with top brands to create engaging and on-trend content that resonates with audiences.
We’re looking for a Social Media Production Coordinator to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can capture compelling social-first content, and keep productions running smoothly. If you love being on set, are highly organized, and can adapt on the fly, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Capture & Creation – Film, photograph, and capture behind-the-scenes content for social media, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and trends.
2. Production Support – Act as a runner, sourcing and returning props, assisting with setup and keeping everything on track for smooth shoot days.
3. Organisation & Logistics – Coordinate shoot schedules, book locations, liaise with talent and crew, and ensure everything is ready.
4. On-the-Go Problem Solving – Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and keep a can-do attitude under pressure.
5. Trend Spotting & Innovation – Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
6. Post-Production Support – Assist with content delivery, basic edits, and managing assets for multiple platforms.
7. Social Media Management – Oversee and maintain our own social media channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality content output.
8. Platform & Scheduling Tools – Use social media management software (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to schedule, monitor, and analyse performance across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in content production, social media, or a similar role.
2. Strong filming and photography skills (mobile a must, DSLR proficiency a plus).
3. Hyper-organised with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice and remain calm under pressure.
5. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
6. A team player with a can-do attitude —no task is too big or small.
7. Familiarity with editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva) is a plus.
8. Must have a valid driver’s license and car and be willing to travel for shoots.
9. Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools.
Why Join Us?
1. Work with top-tier brands and exciting social-first campaigns.
2. A dynamic, collaborative team that values creativity and agility.
3. Hands-on experience in a fast-moving industry with room to grow.
4. A flexible working environment.
