Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Management Analyst in Manchester. The role is responsible for support a portfolio of delivery areas of the Quality Management System, maintain processes and data owned by Quality and provide technical expertise to the function and wider organization. Responsibilities/accountabilities will include (but are not limited to): Support, maintain and improve the processes associated with those delivery areas assigned by the Manager. Identify changing business needs that may lead to the requirement for change or improvements to processes. Maintain specialist knowledge and awareness of developments in SAP and supported Quality IT tools. Develop, collaborate and implement digital tools and ERP systems. Ensure training materials for use by the Quality function to deploy the QMS are provided and maintained. Train the trainers. Ensure understanding of the requirements of the delivery area are understood and the organization can become and remain compliant. Measure performance of the tools including feedback from the Quality function and wider organization, and put in place improvements. Ability to work effectively with a network of subject matter experts within Quality and the wider organization. Provide user support for Quality System tools, drive continuous improvement in the overall performance of those tools through analysis of support requests and issues raised. Drive special projects related to digital, quality improvements & data science/analysis.
