Job Description: B2B Engagement Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP flexible, hybrid Fixed Term Contract circa 10 months Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary circa £42K depending on experience We consider all types of flexibility wherever possible, including locations, hours and working patterns. We make health happen You’ll lead the delivery of our B2B engagement strategy to support our growth and customer engagement strategies for Business and Specialist Products. How you’ll help us make health happen You’ll own and deliver the agreed B2B engagement plan for corporate customers, intermediaries and SMEs, including content creation, brand development and commercial asset development. Manage the b2b external engagement team of 3 to design and deliver the strategy, and creation of the relevant engagement communications Lead our thought leadership programme Health Horizons, and our Bupa Academy content programmes. Be accountable for all content relating to our Academy for corporate clients and intermediaries to have a direct impact on NPS. Acting as an internal point of contact for the business area to bring together our product, proposition, marketing and account management activity as a consistent and cohesive segment strategy. Work with clinical experts to develop and create a best-in-class suite of educational experiences and identify opportunities to commercialise our content. Own and deliver all content, communications, and engagements to activate our partnership with the British Paralympics Association for our B2B customers. Responsible for all client and broker experience days Own and deliver experiences and educational content that equips Account Managers with the tools and resources to become trusted health and wellbeing advisors. Manage and deliver content and event requests from key clients. Input to the evolving B2B engagement framework and marketing plan. Take ownership and accountability for the external engagement budget. Manage external agencies. You Impressive success in a marketing and communications role - developing, implementing, and delivering an engagement strategy and communications plans in a complex organisation. The talent to be innovative and creative, while working in a regulated environment Proven experience of managing a high performing team Experience of leading B2B campaigns would be ideal as well as commissioning and working with agencies. Ability to lead and deliver multiple high-profile projects at pace without support. Ability to effectively oversee delivery work to tight deadlines, whilst simultaneously managing strategic projects independently. Strong organisational skills, project management and a keen attention to detail. Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and stakeholder relationships.
