Job Description
* Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to meet organisational objectives.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast future hiring needs.
* Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
* Manage talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
* Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
* Implement new sourcing methods.
* Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Business Partner should have:
* A university degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner in a Head office environment.
* Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A team player mindset with the ability to also work independently.
