We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Director of Manufacturing – Global House of Rohl (UK/EMEAA) within our Supply Chain team.
As Director of Manufacturing, you’ll lead the development and execution of manufacturing strategy across the UK and EMEAA. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performance teams, and ensuring sustainable and safe production environments that support the growth and competitiveness of our premium brands. This is a pivotal leadership role with regional oversight, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a regional manufacturing strategy aligned with global business goals
* Drive a three-year capital investment strategy to support production growth and automation
* Own the SIOP process to meet customer demand and projected market expansion
* Champion lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost
* Lead digital transformation to drive smart, cost-effective manufacturing
* Deliver on cost, quality, safety, and delivery performance metrics (KPIs)
* Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across manufacturing and quality
* Partner with Product, Commercial, and Customer teams to ensure manufacturing aligns with business needs
* Ensure full compliance with EHSS/HSE regulations in UK and EMEAA
* Foster a safety-first, people-first culture grounded in our Blueprint values

What You Bring
Experience:
* 10+ years in senior manufacturing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods
* Proven leadership across multi-site operations, preferably within the UK/EMEAA region
* Strong track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational transformation
* Experience managing both unionised and non-unionised teams
* Financial acumen in cost control, AOP delivery, and capital planning
* Digital manufacturing and automation leadership
* High-level stakeholder and matrix collaboration skills
Skills & Attributes:

* Sharp analytical thinker with commercial awareness
* Engineering or manufacturing background (Degree level; MBA preferred)
