Account Director / Team Leader
London / Hybrid
Up to £75k + OTE
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Director to join them and lead a team of three. The organisation holds gold-level accreditations with a number of other Tier 1 vendors, such as Cisco and Microsoft.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong customer base. You will also take leadership of a team of three, with the responsibility for 1:1s, man management, recruitment, and much more. The organisation predominately sells to Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector.
The successful Account Director will be working for a VAR or MSP, selling Tier 1 Infrastructure Vendors as well as professional, managed, and support services. You will have a track record of exceeding sales targets while forging strong relationships with customers.
On offer is a very competitive basic salary, up to £75,000, along with an uncapped commission structure, bonus plans, and the ability to build your career in a rapidly growing organisation. The natural progression is Sales Manager, then Sales Director.
