The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and benefits administration. This role will ensure the business attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with employment law.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires and TUPE transfers.
Work with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning needs.
2. Employee Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Mediate conflicts and support a positive, inclusive work culture.
Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
