Customer Service Executive Day-to-day of the role: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Manage a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Customer Service Executive Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Executive. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
