Role: Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Coordinator (EHSS)

As an EHSS Coordinator you’ll support the EHSS Manager in daily activities which directly contribute to a safe working environment and improvement of our business.
You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:
* Compiling EHSS reports, conducting analysis and developing relevant training materials.
* Assist with the completion of safety and environmental audits for all areas.
* Report any compliance concerns to relevant line managers and create follow-up actions.
* Carry out risk and COSHH assessments, ensuring these are followed for onsite tasks as required.
* Maintenance of the Environmental, Health and Safety management procedure and process documentation.
* Completing floor safety walks to monitor site activities, reduce risks and impact on the environment and our neighbours.
* Liaise with project leads to ensure compliance of work permits for all onsite contractors.
* Collate and maintain accident/hazard data and conduct analysis.
* Arranging EHSS legal training as required for site personnel such as FLT and first aid.
