I am looking for a highly skilled candidate to work closely with me, with the following qualifications and skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fee earning.
2. Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and property transactions.
3. Fantastic and rapid communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in using conveyancing software and relevant legal databases.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
6. Effective time management and organisational abilities.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
9. Manage a caseload of residential property transactions (sales and purchases) without supervision.
10. Provide expert legal advice to clients on property matters.
11. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
12. Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.
13. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
14. Oversee the exchange of contracts and completion of property transactions.
15. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
17. Keep clients informed about the progress of their property transactions.
18. Resolve any legal issues or disputes related to property transactions.
19. Making appointments with clients to take ID or to report on title, in person or on zoom.
20. Initially the role will be from the office and then phase to hybrid working.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
